I had a 22 in recon slayer last season and my skin still did not unlock, is anyone else having this problem? I see other people already unlocked it and was wondering if my game is bugged or something.

If you got rank 20 or over before Season 4 dropped, you just had to search for a match in the Recon Slayer playlist in order to complete the challenge.
Same issue for me. We did search for many games to reach level 20.

Oh I didnt know that, I thought if I got at least a 20 that was it. Is there any way I would be able to obtain it since I technically met the requirements

I mean, you could try appealing, but I don’t think that would get you very far as the skin was part of a challenge when Season 4 was released. They gave us a little over 7 days to complete it.
