Is there any explanation how spartan’s use’s their abilities?

Anyway OP, I believe its tied with the fact that the armor is tied to there brain in a way. This basically allows the suit to respond to thought as well as movement. This increases the Spartans reflexes exponentially but would also allow them to do the spartan abilities we are given.
This is a very basic way to explain it, at least how I think it works. Someone else will probably provide a more thorough and or correct answer.
I’m sure 343 will come up with some bs to explain everything, as they always do.

Wait… What?.. I thought sprint was a human ability. Aren’t we all able to sprint unless there is a disability presence within the the human body that denies us to access that ability?

it is but became a Spartan ability since you unlimited sprint and your thruster make you runt fast is the reason you cant recharge shields while running.
lol I spartan ability and tboight otherwise. they can use theor shields energy to do other things if they are not regenerating
