Question for the forum moderators

Is your role mainly just to moderate the forums? Or do you/can you also relate the communities feedback to 343i? If you can, are you? Yes, I know there is a support ticket system in practice. I say in practice because my experience was very poor relating to the PC crashing accruing since launch of Halo Infinite.

All over the internet that have been lots of reports of crashing (Waypoint, YouTube, Reddit etc.) and yet 343i has not mentioned one word about this issue, not even something as simple as they’re aware of the issue and are looking into it. They replied back to my support ticket like this is the first they heard of the problem and it’s unique to me and only me.
