So, if I purposely bump a forum, is that considered spam?
If I post nothing but a gif, is that considered spam as well?
If so, would this post be considered spam?

I’m talking about the last reply, which is just a random GIF and part of a quote, stating "Necroing (Bumping) this."
I was just so curious because it didn’t contribute to the forum at all, and just seemed like spam.
