Question: Do betrayals count against your KD?

I like to play grifball and there is always this one loser who always like to betray teammates. Since there isn’t an option to kick them from the team, the best I can do is quit and report. Currently I have a negative KD because majority I played Halo reach when I was a kid, I am trying to get my KD to be positive. When your teammate betrays you does that count as a death for your KD?
