How does one become Discharged on Waypoint?
Discharged means banned permanently banned. If you break the rules enough times you can be banned permanently for the forums.
In order to become “Discharged” read the list of rules for halo waypoint and break them on the forum, I am not encouraging trying to get banned, but when I started joining forums I too was wondering how banning works, this information is purely educational.

stckrboy was discharged so many times, he eventually got ‘stck’ for his dedication and loyalty by coming back so many times. 
Admins must have gotten tired of his prerogative banter and gave him what he wanted.
