Question about upgrading units... (confirmed?)

So lets start with an example…

Anders can make the air setinals from her main base building. So if i make an apex and then buy the upgrade to make all air better… does that count towards the setinals?

Same thing with the scarab… does that also get the vehicle upgrade applied to it?

Condor, air upgrade applies as well?

No, that applies to, I think the term was, universal air units. Not her special sentry units. I don’t know about the scarab or the condor but I would think they would not apply.
