An update will never fix all bugs in a game. There will never be a video game free of bugs.

But yes they will address some of them.

I know but it seems like Halo 5 has countless of them compared to the other halos

I hope they will address the lag and retrieving data issues. Those are the main issue for me. I have had no problems with disconnects or fireteams.
