When it says skin for gungnir armor is it only for that armor? or no?

it has been confirmed only the skin.
which means every single helmet/armor you see for preorders, you get in the game no matter what. it’s the skin on those that you get by preorder only.

No, I think he meant whether or not the skins are only available for the shown armour set.
