I know it comes with the req pack for the dauntless visor but the guy at the store said you also get a daily or weekly or something req pack for some time after you activate the code is this true and if it is what is the timeframe
Its not true. Just the visor. Same with the locke controller. I have them both.

One thing to note though, both controllers (Locke and Chief) have different visors. So if you’re a completionist get them both, that’s what I did.
He probably thought it was the platinum pack that you got for getting the halo xbox one I think not the controller

You can get the visors from just a normal pack you don’t need the controllers to get them

yah the locke one has a light blue visor im not sure the name of it, but it is really just the controller i wanted. I didn’t get it till now because i didn’t want to spend money on another controller but when i saw you could no longer get it from best buy or eb games, I was unhappy about it so when I saw it at a small game store I bought it. The visor is just a bonus for me

I got mine in December and by March the left bumper fell out. As in IT FELL OUT. And no, I never threw the thing. Always treated it well. Just played it like usual. But three months is a pretty short lifespan considering my 360 controllers lasted me 5-6 years.

Mine has worked just fine. Maybe you got a lemon? Idk. I’ve had mine since they released (I think the controllers were March 10th) with very consistent play and I’ve had no problems with either.

I considered that, but for the price, I think I’ll skip on getting another. Which sucks, cuz I was so excited to get the thing, I made this lol
