I was just playing a match and kept getting killed by an individual using what looked like a magnum. It was shooting like a machine gun, is there an upgrade that does this? It just seemed strange and he was doing the same thing with a DMR.
I’m wondering if he was using a modded controller or if there is a way to do this in game with a power up I’m just not aware of.

Exactly how fast was it, now? You said like a machine gun? I’d like to see a vid. If this is legit, then you should report him for using a modded device.
You can spam the trigger really fast with a magnum and win against any other loadout weapon at the right range, if you don’t miss a shot.

Well the magnum fired in an irregular pattern, it’d shoot like 2 shots, I’d say within .01 seconds and then a third shot maybe .25 seconds later. It wasn’t a straight drawn out long machine gun like rattle.
The DMR was more of a double shot, similar to the battle rifles triple shot. I know it wasn’t a BR though because I use it all the time and know the difference.
I’d like to see video evidence.
To those that are asking for video evidence, I’m at work right now I had played a quick match on lunch but I planned on reviewing the replay and recording him. What I saw, I saw when watching replays of how I got killed. I thought I was getting killed awful fast and noticed he was always using the pistol except once where he used the dmr on me.
I’m sure I saw it rapid fire. I was gonna report him but figured I’d ask in case there’s some option or upgrade in game.
Nah it looked more like he was pulling the trigger once but you’d hear two or three shots ring out.
Other people that killed me, some with magnums didn’t sound like him.
Never trust killcams.
