Question about the halo 4 Limited Edition

Hey guys! Just some question about halo 4 limited edition ( halo 4 le)

  1. The casing of limited edition is steelcase right? Will it rust? steel does rust after awhile if i am not wrong.

  2. The booklet of FUD, is it like the Halo reach LE, doctor Halsey journal or art book??

  3. Can i pre-order from Singapore??

  4. The FUD extra 90mins, is it DVD or download?? Is it confirmed that FUD will be streaming through halowaypoint? I hope not.

  1. Correct though i am not really sure it it will rust or not. Do keep it clean from dus however.

  2. Its like Halsey’s Journal in the way it has nice juicy story details. There will be a Spartan IV armor schematic and UNSC weapon details that come with the Briefing packet.

  3. I am not sure how it works outside the U.S sorry :frowning:

  4. FUD will stream here on Waypoint AND Machinima.com weeks before Halo 4 releases. More details will be known this July at the San Diego Comic Con. As for the LE, it did say digital content so i have to assume it’s download (though a DVD would be better IMO).

  3. Not too sure (being from the U.S.) but try calling your local game retailer or search online.
  4. I hope it’s a disc. I hated the Halo: Reach video being on waypoint.

Ever heard of stainless steel? I imagine it’ll be that, not standard steel.
Plus, even if it was norm steel, I can’t imagine it been in an environment that would cause it to rust. Not straight away anyway ='P

Of course i know there is stainless steel BUT is 343i using them? even stainless steel rust too. damn i prefer a cardbox like from halo reach.

Good point, I would like to think it’s stainless though. It’d last much longer than norm steel.

Also they said that the Forward Unto Dawn will be uncut for the Limited Edition. So there is suppose to be additional footage.

I do not believe it is real steel, no pun intended (Real Steel), it is most likely Tin.

We wont know for sure until a pic, or unboxing video surface’s, to shed more light on the matter…

You should be able to, just double check the place/site/store you wish to order it from, but if you can you should hurry in-case there is a limited supply, or if there is a limited supply to your country.

Halo 3 Legendary Had it on Two Special Disc’s, Halo 3 Limited/Collectors edtion (Which i Purchased) Had One Special Disc Halo 2 Limited Edition, Had it on One Special Disc. But the Halo Reach Legendary edition was Downloadable, or stream-able though a special section on Xbox Live’s HaloWayPoint.

  2. Probably a ‘making of’ or some background info for the movie, which is background info for the game.
  3. Amazon.com allows you to pre-order to singapore. This is what I did, but to Hong Kong. :slight_smile:
