So, I still don’t have an Xbox one and I’m super hyped. So what is the cheapest Halo 5/Xbone bundle available for preorder? Is it the LCE? Or the LE? Or some other thing I don’t know about? I don’t really care for collectibles, (like the statue) but whatever I suppose.
There’s only one actual bundle for Halo with an Xbox. And it’s overpriced. Your best bet would probably be either a baseline 349.99 xbox which either comes with Gears of War or some Lego crap or the new elite bundle if you’re looking for a higher performance system. Then buy Halo separately.

The limited collectors edition doesn’t come with an Xbox. It’s 250 for the game and some collectables.

If you’re looking for the absolute cheapest way, it would probably be to get an Xbox One and Halo 5 separately. If you want the dlc armor and other special items then choose an edition. If you get an Xbox One separately you should probably get the 1TB one instead of the 500GB one, because if you play a lot of games and have a 500GB one then you’ll probably end up buying an external hard drive because you’ll run out of space.

Yes, you’re right. I didn’t take into account that he wanted the cheapest, I was just comparing the costs of the two.
The controller that comes in the Xbox One bundle is one of the new ones that has the 2 headset jacks, updates wirelessly without having to be plugged into the actual Xbox, and more responsive bumpers. It also has a design based off of Spartan Locke just like the Xbox One does. The Xbox One itself has 3 custom sounds it makes when turning on/off and when discs are inserted.
I just feel pretty lame knowing that most of my waypoint pals are getting these super sleek custom editions and I’m just getting a plain old black Xbone XD
