So, do the 10 maps that come with halo 4 include the three forge environments?

No, none of the maps at launch will be forged maps for Matchmaking. It’s just the 10 stock ones.

However, there will be the three forge environments included in the game to mess around in.

No there are 10 war games maps and 3 forge maps. We will see the forge maps in war games though. Also we can forge on all maps not just the forge maps.
