Is there a way to see my individual stats and progressions within my spartan company.
So like your individual contribution to your company commendations? Unfortunately not. I hope “Companies 2.0” allows you to do so because it would be a useful upgrade for both company members and leaders.
This isn’t a bad idea… but this is also a slippery slope. Those in charge of companies can see individual contributions to said company and then start booting people they feel aren’t pulling their weight. Just saying it could lead to trouble later…

Not really. Company leaders can just go through the play history of a Spartan they feel isn’t pulling their weight to confirm their suspicions and boot them based on activity (or lack thereof). I would assume the more hardcore companies were doing this already. Seeing individual contributions just makes it a lot less tedious of job.

Prewojo, as someone who’s personally booted hundreds of people from my company for lack of playtime/contribution I can promise you this is already happening. Having built in informational tools and queries would be wonderful to assist with this if Spartan Companies live on into HI (which I dearly hope they do). Right now the process of checking time is unbelievably tedious and laborious.

I’m not talking about those that don’t play… or never show up. I’m talking about those players who, like me… are mediocre on their best day. What’s to stop company leadership from going in and seeing my KDA or my win % and say “sorry, you’re not good enough”… I’m totally in agreement of booting players that don’t ever get on… and don’t help contribute at least in some part to the company. I’m sorry, but it’s supposed to be about the fun of the game… I’m here everyday… I’m playing everyday… but because you don’t think I contribute to the company in a way you prefer you get to boot me? Because I’m “not good enough”… that’s pretty crappy. It should be about the enjoyment of the game… win or lose, mediocre or the best. Show up, have a good time, and that’s it… being able to see all of my stats and contributions to the company only turns this game in favor of the hard core and the ultra fanatic. You want to see if I’ve played in a certain time frame, that’s fine, I have no issue with that… my issue comes in when you start being able to see what my accuracy % is, or my KDA, or even win % and then start using that as a basis to boot me. That’s where I take issue with this…

This is a risk anyway. If you’re in a super 1337 company that wants good players you run the risk of being kicked out either way. You should probably join a casual company or a company that doesn’t care about rank/skill (like the companies I’ve run).
There are no rules to Spartan Company leadership. I’ve kicked people for lack of playtime, poor attitudes, spamming, racist/sexist remarks, etc. I never had to do any of those things, and I could kick people for saying the word “banana” if I wanted. I’ve kicked a few people just because I didn’t like them. There’s really no checks and balances to it, if you want to feel safe in a Spartan Company the only way to do that is by starting your own Spartan Company. That’s actually what lead to me creating mine- I was in a company that was largely inactive and it made me sad I couldn’t do anything about it so I did something about it and created my own company.

Again if you’re in a company that would boot you for these things, then you are not in the right company for you. That’s absolutely some overly sweaty -Yoink- metrics you’re talking about, if they’re measuring all that stuff.

You probably should have clarified that you were talking in terms of KDA/win%. I assumed you were talking about overall activity i.e. progress toward completing commendations. In any case, KDA and win% is something only the most hardcore companies (“clans” at that point) take into account, and that is usually stated in their bio before you even join. Some companies have expectations of their members. That can’t be helped. But luckily, there’s many, many companies out there. And if none of them work for you and how you play, then you can just start your own and run it however you wish. The player has a couple of options with regard to companies.
I’m mainly asking because my stats are 1 very askewed because I’ve just joined a company late in halo 5s life. And 2 I would like to see how much of a percentage I’m contributing to certain commendations.
As far as seeing others performance I really dont care. But it might be cool if each combination had a visible top contributor to inspire a little competition.

Those would indeed be very cool features both for leaders and for SC members, I’d love to see this in future iterations.
The Halo dBot for Discord helps with this.
It’s not perfect, but it’s useful.
It will pull a player’s lifetime ‘contribution’ to a particular commendation.
The workaround is to pull that player’s contribution on the day they join (or close to it) so you have a record of where they were at when they join.
Then you can run the report anytime and do the subtraction to see how many headshots you’ve done, or whatever commendation you are tracking.

Any clues as to what infinite will have in terms of stats?
When you’re looking at people in your companies stats and playtime, is the ui in halo 5, or on waypoint?
