Question about Spec Code

I’m one of several who was eligible for the promotion, but did not receive the code.

I’m not asking to get one now - I recognize that 343i and/or Microsoft has considered this a closed issue.

I’m mostly just curious as to the reason why some players got theirs while others did not.

I noticed that when the Crimson Map Pack was released, players who did not purchase the Map Pack, but DID receive their promotional code were able to download it for free (which was obviously an error).

So I thought perhaps those that DID NOT get their code missed out because they DID purchase the Map Pack and there was some screw-up linking players who had already gotten the Map Pack as players who had the LE (and therefore already had the code). Just a thought - probably wrong, but still curious.

All I need is one person who didn’t get the code who also didn’t pre-purchase the 3 Map Packs to prove this idea incorrect.

OP do you want a code that may work? I can give you one that has a possibility to work, I just hope I didn’t redeem it on accident. I bought the LE of Halo 4 so I already have everything unlocked.

If OP doesn’t reply I would love the code. I havn’t played the game for almost a month now because leveling is way to fast and i got to 70 already. I just want to play with my friends again T.T

I know for a fact that multiple codes where sent to the same GT over XBL messenger… maybe thats why some of us didn’t get codes,
