Something weird occurred to me and I’d like it if someone could answer it for me.
When playing the beta, did anyone happen to scope in with smart scope and look down at their feet? Could you still see your feet or did they disappear?
In the other Halos (except CE and Wars I suppose), whenever you zoom in your feet disappear so they don’t get in your way if you’re aiming down.
I was just wondering if it would be the same for Halo 5.
Some people (including a friend of mine) look down first chance they get in a first person game to see if the feet and legs are there. It’s just a small detail and the world won’t come crashing down if they’re not there, but the attention to detail is what gets to some people.

Aren’t you flipping out because there’s a chance that someone might’ve flipped out about something if it had actually happened?
I don’t know, sounds worse to me.
Does that mean you’re part of the problem?
Re-read your post.

makes sense. Good post.

I wasn’t writing this in anger, I’ve never actually had a complaint about Halo 5.
I was just curious if our feet were visible or not when scoped in because they aren’t in previous Halos.
This would be another (albeit pointless) difference between Smart Scope and the scope we’re used to using. But either way I’m fine with it, I really was just legitimately curious.
I know this isn’t aimed at me, I just wanted to clarify that I had a random thought occur to me. Not something that I desperately needed to know.
