When you buy a request pack it says you get “2 permanent unlocks”. I know armor pieces count as permanent but does anything else does? Want to find out how many req packs I have to buy for all unlocks.

Emblems are permanent but unlock as a third item, so they’re not part of the 2 permanent unlocks.
Certifications, armor, visors, stances, loadout weapons, assasinations, armor mods, and weapon skins count as permanent unlocks.

Permanent unlocks includes, armor, helmets, assassination animations, visors, stances, weapon skins, weapons, vehicles. There are emblems in packs but I believe they won’t take up a permanent unlock spot. There are A LOT of permanent unlocks… Grind out a lot of points. Most say they don’t finish the pack grind till like SR 145ish. If you are just starting out open bronze packs till unlocks become scarace, they don’t guarantee an unlock but you can knock out quite a few low level stuff. A general rule is if you bought four packs and didn’t get at least two unlocks then it’s a good time to move to silver packs. Open silver packs till they refund two 1500 point req cards instead of unlocks (that is how you know you have all silver level stuff). Then open golds, they will refund two 3000 req point cards once completed. That is the fastest and cheapest way req point wise to get everything unlocked and probably the fastest if you are after one particular item since it’s all RNG when it comes to opening packs. The reason you want to open silvers before golds is because there is over lap between the packs, there is silver level stuff in golds, so why pay gold price for silver level stuff.
Thanks for the detailed answers. If my math is right I should need 97 silver packs for the rest of my unlocks. Not counting gold yet.
