I understand a 1-50 will NEVER come to Reach, but why not show your arena division in all playlists? (Or something among those lines.)
Anyone got answers about this being possible or thoughts?
1-50 was what kept the Halo 3 population above 300 thousand consistently. Reach’s awful ranking system and the joke that is Arena keep it at a steady 50 thousand population. 343 would be stupid not to implement the 1-50 system, also given that it can work in conjunction with the current (awful) ‘ranking’ system.

They said they can’t add it to Reach. They could (and should) add it to Halo 4’s multiplayer.

A ranking system made 300,000 people play a game, sounds reasonable.

Assumption is correct, that it’s a new account, but you do not know if I played halo reach before (I have)
I know for a fact that slimmy is nowhere my skill level. and he’s against a very system that separates his kind of player away from mine. I am simply dumbfounded by that logic.
Don’t report me, I am not calling him bad, Just stating the fact that he’s know where near the skill level of a average competitive player.

Slim plays now, you dont, I assume (there I go again) because of bloom, AA but mostly AL and Jetpack and a lack of 1-50 ranking system. You actually do play, are most likely good but choose to use alts to maintain anonymity, perhaps it is because you are not as good as you proport, maybe you are, maybe you dont want people to know how much of this game you play, which would look weird, when you post the kinda opinion you have. People that really hate somthing generally dont put too much time into it, seems to be the oppisite in Reach, as some of the most ardent detracters play alot and are really good at it, even going to the extent of creating alt accounts to come trash this game and those that love it. Both groups play about the same amount of Reach, strange

You added a little more after I had allready quoted, Slim plays Halo and that makes him just the kinda player this franchise wants, in my opinion however players that hide behind alts and insult other players are far more harmfull to Reach, than a lack of rank or the addition of AA and bloom.
I rarely report anybody, besides the mods around here are on top of that sort of thing and dont need my help.

I never insulted him. I am just simply baffled by why he is against the system that would give him fair matches and would be fun to him.

Nobody’s insulting you, stop being so sensitive. Skill is just a very relevant point of the argument which cannot be ignored.
Asking why bad players like being matched up against good players and going -20 is a legitimate question.
The closest I can figure is that you just don’t want a constant reminder of your lack of skill on your service record and are afraid of possible insults by anonymous online players. If that’s incorrect then, please, inform us as to what the actual reasoning is.
