Is it true if you pre order the legendary collectors edition, you get the statue and all that jazz and the code a few weeks before release so its ready to play at midnight?
Yes the LCE release date is Oct. 20th a full week before the game launches.
Is there a certain day i have to pre order by?
Yes, there is a date and it depends on the retailer since the statues are numbered from 343. Gamestop has already stopped in-game pre-orders for LCE and so had Walmart, along with the Microsoft store funny enough. Bestbuy was the only place I could pre-order in person. Now, I believe almost all these retailers you should be able to pre-order it online from still including Amazon. But they have already been given a certain “volume” of these LCEs per retailer so when they hit the max per store they cut off the pre-orders is what a few of the guys/gals were telling me when I walked into them all, till Bestbuy. The Collectors editions and standard of course won’t have a max limit like the LCEs.

You might want to get your facts right because i just talked talk to microsoft and the LCE does not release until oct 27th.

SMH. Obviously. I was referring to how long you have to pre-order the item. Miscommunication there on my end.
You will already pre ordered you will get by the Oct 20 and will be able to use by Oct 27 when the game will be available to play.
