Are they limited to one armor or can they be placed on all of them? For instance, I want to pre-order from Walmart to get the “Circuit” skin but I find the Oceanic armor repulsive. Is it possible for me to obtain the “Circuit” skin and apply it on armor other than Oceanic? An answer would be appreciated and thank you.
yes, you can the skin on any armor.
You’ll be able to use the skins on all the armor types. The armor in the pictures are just examples. There is a thread about the preorder bonuses, you should post there.
