How do I view the images from bulletins in my web browser? It automatically downloads the file and saves it to my computer if I click it or open it in a new tab.

The files are set to automatically download, you can’t view them in-browser.
When Firefox asks you what program to open the image in, use that dialog to select Firefox itself. Image should then open in a new tab.
Unintuitive, but it works.
