Question about Oceanic Armor?

Was this JUST a preorder bonus or can it be unlocked in the game by leveling up/leveling up+commendations as well?

You will eventually unlock oceanic. The oceanic CIRCUIT skin was pre order only. I actually like the oceanic. Probably not more than the forest armor set but the leg skins dont work for me, the camo print does not apply.

Do you know what level that you unlock it at?
And yeah, Im not really a fan of the circuit skin, just the oceanic armor itself :slight_smile:

you unlock it in your 40s. i wanna say 42 or 47 but im not too sure i just know its 40 something

i believe its 46. im at 33 so far.
