Question about how the discs are working.

So I couldn’t really understand what Fankie was saying about how campaign and multiplayer are going to work. So to play the new maps am I going to have to take out my reach disc and insert the anniversary disc? Because he said the older DLC and the original maps will not be on anniversarys disc. What I’m afraid of is that I’m not going to be able to play the classic playlist on reaches disc and whenever I want to play something like invasion, it would just be flip flop flip flop. Which would also make trying to play with friends very annoying. So can someone better explain this to me.

First, Halo CEA Campaign and Multiplayer are on the same disc

Second, the multiplayer is technically Halo Reach with the Anniversary map pack. Im not sure if the original Halo Reach, Noble, and Defiant maps are included though (but it would be stupid if the original maps are not included).

Third, The multiplayer IS Halo Reach with all the Title Update goodness (also includes Firefight)

Lastly, you can be like me and just wait for the Anniversary Map Pack to be downloadable for people with Halo Reach. I don’t want to pay $40 for not 1, but 2 games I already have (I have my original Halo CE disc…somewhere)

Original maps and what not arn’t included according to Frank. So I’m guessing until they release the maps for download, were going to have to deal with switching back and forth.

Install Reach to your HDD and you will be able to play Reach Maps using Anniversary. Install Anniversary to your HDD and you will be able to play Anniversary Maps using Reach.
