No you don’t get the arena bundle or pack… it is a hwc pack and that is it.

As above, it’s a HWC pack. I believe you simply have to ‘tune it’ and so theoretically you could just watch a few seconds and probably get it.

Probably… it needs to link to your gamer tag. If you don’t want to start a twitch account you can watch on the Xbox live event app
