I’ve never heard of this treaty with the covenant that states neither covenant or unsc can go back to alpha halo.
why is alpha halo restricted but the unsc can have their Spartan IV training facility on installation 03? Is delta halo also offbounds?
who exactly would the unsc be breaking a treaty against if it went back to Alpha halo? I don’t see the arbiter waging war with humanity over something like this, the brutes are in no position to wage war, who knows where the profits are, jackals were only in it for the pirating and grunts like the brutes, don’t really have the capability to wage war on their own.
so this leaves the storm covenant, but as we can see from halo 4, we’re still at war with that faction of the covenant so really there isn’t a treaty to break.
just something I found odd about the first episode hopefully we can have a discussion that clears some things up.
