Any way i can donate it to somebody deserving?
I really doubt 343 will fix it and give what was originally shown. (They gave it away for free during the very first twitch drop)
Id like to make someones day.
Way back ive seen 2 people on reddit who’ve claimed they were able to give it away.
Id like to donate my watchdog, then finally delete halo 5 and move on. Not to infinite, but ill be moving on.

No, you can’t give away items you have unless they say “giftable”. Unless you would like to give them you’re account

Watchdog was a Twitch Drop…?
No, Watchdog armor coating is not twitch drops.
However, there is a weapon coating very similar to Watchdog weapon coating, namely HCS Winter. HCS Winter is giveaway to players as twitch drops.

A few years back, I clicked onto the E3 event on Xbox and left it after 2min. Halo 5 gave me all of the classic helmets for free. Plus I got Outer Wilds (different game) pre-ordered for free as well
Yeah I remember getting a lot of armor for halo 5 from the halo loot crates they sold after halo 5 released. Wish they still did them cause the stuff from them was cool.
