So me and my family share one system and my dad bought game pass ultimate on his account, does that mean I won’t get the perks in infinite since I’m not paying for it, or am I still a member Sense we share the same console.
My assumption is it would work given gamepass functions via the family sharing so all accounts on the console can use it. With that in mind, each technically has access to the perks. That being said, I cant say with 100% certainty and the easiest thing to do would be to see if you get any of the perks that currently come with ultimate.
I would just test it out with a current perk. Apex has weapon charms in there every month it seems like.
I’ve never shared anything with others on my console aside from with my brother, I do know that you can share ownership of most things with actually bought games. However since gamepass is a subscription, unless gold being tied to it has the same function, then I can’t say that you will likely receive the benefits from your dad. I would experiment ahead of time, try a game that’s on the gamepass that he doesn’t have installed and see if you get the benefits from it.
I think the perks are only for the one who pays for the subscription. However other perks like 3 free months of Disney+ can be shared. I am guessing of course, I will test it soon as I pay for the xbox gamepass subscription and the family enjoy it.
you hust have to have your dad set that xbox as your home xbox and you should have access. If you dont have access just have him signed in then switch to your account.
