Frankie is of course the Franchise Development Director of 343 after he left Bungie to continue working on Halo. Good ol Frankie is essentially the master of the Halo Universe, but I have a question about him during his days at Bungie. When he worked at the former studio, I know he was a part of the B.Net community and interacted with the fanbase. But in a lot of ViDocs, he was in the story segments alongside others like Staten and other story members. My question is, was Frankie part of the story group in any way before he left Bungie and became 2nd in command of 343?
