Ok well i have seen were people that “hacked” or “modded” there armor to have FOTUS.
I got my FOTUS armor with my xbox and am now wondering will i get banned?How will they know if i got it legit?

If you got it via Buying its ok. I think Xbox can detect modded Consoles or things like that. Also, you have redeemed a Code for that. Xbox can check that on Account History
Well,i had an account that i redeemed fotus on(was mine)but then i put everything that was on it on my older account.but i did put in the female avatar armor and the prop on the older account.so they will see i have the avatar prop

They can tell its legit on your end because you entered the code that came with the insert.

The code you got with your console will show as being redeemed on your Gamertag account, so you have nothing to worry about if you got it the legit way via buying the HALO 4 console
although, why you needed to even ask is a little…suspect imo
Yes thats right BUT i redemed on a new account.i recovered my old account and deleted the new one and i had my fotus armor still

If you get banned, you can always dispute it and show them you have an Xbox like this. Don’t worry so much.
Your situation is pretty hard to understand with all this ‘new account’ ‘old account’ stuff. It seems to me that it should be fine though. They know if your console/game is modded or not. You won’t get banned, they do their research.
The fact that your’e so worried about it makes it seem more obvious that you modded to get Fotus >.>
Why would you even be worried if it’s legit lol?
We have ways to verify authenticity. If you unlocked it via the code from the Xbox you have nothing to worry about!

Have you not noticed ?? when you start the game you hit the main screen bottom left says checking for dlc ?? This was first put into halo reach to end the modding of the flaming head dlc game save … It also put the end to gpa swaps … Modded dlc is checked for every time a player connects to the server ur modded dlc is a scam your never get online with out it being detected … Your be hit with a ban hammer faster then it takes a bolt shot blast to kill you
