Hello, to the date, i have’t got the “endure” archivement, i got some friends of mine, and we want to do it.
However some of my friends dont have gold, can we use guests to do the archivement?

Yeah, you can. I have done few runs with 1 or 2 guests.
However it is hard to pull it of with olny 2 or 3 people playing.
