I pre ordered the digital deluxe version and it says the game size 46.2 gb. From what I’ve seen most people are saying 60. So am I getting everything or am I going to have to wait at launch?
No, there should be a 9GB update today, I have the same file size as you.

the 9GB day one patch isn’t out yet, but it’s supposed to come out today.
I’m glad the patch wasnt scheduled for the day’s release, else everyone would be staring with bleeding eyes at the download screen

Patch should be out now for most players, most of my friends already have their game updated 
The patch is out I got it last night your file size will not change as I said before there will be a icon on your game tile update icon this means you already have it file size after update is still 46.2
U may not realize its already downloaded mine started last night at 9:00 pm
