Sorry if my english is bad, but I must had my custom challenge credits like 24 hours ago, and I made custom challenges today too, So if i recieve the credits of yesterday, that means I will hit the cap faster? or I wont recieve that credits. The main question is, de we are going to recieve the credits?
You will receive the credits when the time limit that you put onto your custom challenges expires. So if you set the time to 3 hours, then you would get the credits in 3 hours (assuming that you actually completed it and turned it in). So if you make it a 36 hour time limit and complete the challenge, then you will get the credits in 36 hours.
They also DO count toward your cap limit. So if you created a challenge yesterday so that it expires today, you will get the credits today and they will be counted towards today’s cap.

I am pretty sure that you have to press the “Turn In” button on the custom challenge screen.

You wont get any in game msg about custom challenge cR earned or anything. Allso dont forget to press that turn in challenge if you shoulde finnish a challenge early, this way you will be able to creat a new challenge and earn more cR.
As far as i know custom challenges dosent count for the daily cR cap, due to posts about players reaching high ranks in no time thanks to custom challenge. Correct me if i am wrong.
Yes, I know I pressed turn in, but the limit of hours passed (3 hrs) and it doesnt says “1st place” it only says completed, and I dont recive credits, Am I banned?

I believe that those players are exceeding the cap limit. You just have to go offline in order for all the cR to be added. Otherwise, it will not go higher than 120,000. You can go back online the next day though.

You won’t be told of the credits, but you will most likely have received them. They just get added so that the next time you sign in, you will have more. I did a lot of custom challenges one day and the next day, I was a full 2 ranks higher (went from WOg1 to WOg3). And my credit total was 120,000 higher. Smaller amounts may not be as noticeable.

I dont think so. You do have many Oni campaign pages due to the custom challenges, so you must have hit the cap. We dont get any msg anymore when we reach the Daily cR cap, we still get the cR but it dosent add for the rank and total cR.

Yes, but I also hopped offline before the credits started rolling in. And I didn’t go online for the rest of the night. That is how I got a lot of them. Also, completing the challenges is one thing, but if you keep doing that all day, you will notice that the credits start getting deducted from your total until you get to 120,000.
I’m having the same problem. I am not getting my credits for my custom challenges. I took note of the credits I had before I started playing any sort of game for the day. I then started playing games and making custom challenges. I took note of my credits after I was done for the day. The next day I checked my credit total (which had not exceeded the 120,000 credit limit) and the custom challenge credits were not issued. They still say completed instead of “1st place”. I’ve done several custom challenges in the past so I know how to do it. Something is wrong with waypoint for issuing the custom challenge credits.
Is there anyone we can contact about this???
Ok so this sounds like it is just an error. I haven’t done any in a while, so I haven’t experienced this yet. Hopefully 343i will fix this shortly.
I just checked with a couple of my friends that do challenges as well and they are having the same problem. Hopefully it gets fixed soon. Thx.

They don’t get it. They think you’re just too stupid to understand how custom challenges work instead of realizing that sometime yesterday they stopped working.
You can complete them, but as you’ve noticed the credits never get posted. Obviously 343 broke them somehow, though as usual 343 is being silent on the issue. Since there is no official word on the problem it remains to be seen when or even if the problem will be fixed, but I can certainly see a scenario in which your custom credits all post at once, causing you to hit the credit cap and possibly causing you to lose the extra credits over the cap when that happens.
All anyone here can do is speculate because I think it’s highly unlikely 343 be posting any official information about it.
