How come there is a 100-member limit? You can have up to 1,000 friends on the Xbox One so this feels like you don’t have a lot to work with.
A actually Military Company is around that size 
1,000 members seems like a bit too much imo. I don’t think anyone has 1,000 active Halo players in their friends list.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they raised the cap in the future.

Large communities, such as /r/halo or Team Beyond, have been creating Spartan Companies for themselves, but right now, they can’t fit all of their members into a single company.
