Question About Bulltrues

Does anybody know the reasoning behind getting a bulltrue medal but yet you still die from the other players sword? I was always wondering this.

I’ve gotten a bunch of melee bulltrues and this always happens in those cases. Kinda silly if you ask me. Kinda surprised it was never fixed.

I got a melee Bulltrue by sword-blocking once. I didn’t know it was possible to kill with a sword-block.

It’s awful. I swear it’s to the point were you point-blank a zombie with the shotgun, it dies, then its sword makes a final lunge to kill you lol

Yep, it sucks…

The best bulltrues are the you save your buddy in invasion/invasion slayer, saved my teammate with a sniper once… :smiley:

Maybe the swords are haunted woooooooooo!

Bungie/343i can’t fix p2p hosts when they have no control over them.

The extremely generous hit detection times are why you get bulltrues, in Halo 2/3 if someone had a worse connection to host/off-host vs host they’d just get screwed even if they appeared to fire/lunge first on their screen.

If you have a really bad connection to host it’s not uncommon for lunges/hits to take over 1 second or more to register resulting in a lot of bulltrues.

Halo 4 will be using the same terrible host selection and netcode so either get use to it or play another game because it ain’t changing.

I knew it!! lol. Maybe the shotgun blast blew off the zombies sword arm and it kept on after ya lol.

I hate it sooooooooo much!!!

I love it when I’m playing Grifball and I whack a sword guy across the face, then go to walk away and then just randomly fall over, AFTER I got a Bulltrue.

It’s even worse on Infection. I have gotten so many Bulltrues, yet survived so few times.

Bulltrue’s suck, better to get the kill without the medal as it almost always means you’ll die. Damn flying swords.

It was pretty fun getting a bulltrue from across the map, lol.

I wouldn’t exactly call latency a bug.
