Will you be able to tweak all weapons that have bloom? Or is the DMR, Needle rifle and pistol the only ones?
bloom = broken bs randomness, not one bit of skill involved in bloom
I believe, if I am not mistaken, they said only the headshot capable weapons will have adjusted Bloom. Also we will not be able to adjust Bloom ourselves. 343 will issue different Game types with varying amounts of Bloom along with other adjustments.
