So are there some armor variants and emblems that I can’t get if I missed the opportunity to get them? Like the Athlon Champion and the HCS contender weapon skins. Am I just boned? Can I never get these now?

Sigh. I wish there were a better way to fine answers to questions like this. 
I wish there was a way to. If there is anything that I have missed and can’t get, it’s the ten skins they gave away in overpriced packs. And maybe the compass rose and librarian emblem.

The Compass rose I’m not even mad about. The ones who got that earned it.
