Question about Achillies Armor

Do you unlock the Achillies armor when all Kill commendations are at 4/5 or 3/5? My company has only 1 kill commendation on 2/5 at the moment, yet our “All Together Now” progress says 14/31.

Everything needs to be at 4/5 to unlock the armor.

It says “Get to level 3 in all of the Spartan Company Kill Commendations.” However it actually means finish level 3 of the Kill Commendations, so you will need to get everything to the start of 4 to get the armor and to the end of 5 to get the helmet.
