So recently I have had a pretty fair matchmaking, 14 days console ban for making low level accoubts and picking on new players. I definitely deserved my ban and learned my lesson. But, I wanted to know if I can be banned for sinply making a new account to climb to champ again with. Typically I’ll only match new players for the first two games, then I’ll be up there with other high tier players. I have no intention of using this said account to bash new players, I simply wanna see how fast I can earn champion in each playlist starting fresh!
I would imagine that you get banned for doing so especially seeing as you’ve already been caught doing it once before. I wouldn’t attempt to do so. The next time the banhammer swings, it could be a permanent ban.
If you play normally, then you shouldn’t have anything to worry about. I think it flags you when you’re purposely throwing matches and then stomping on lower skilled players.

That’s what I assumed! The only purpose of this alternate account is to reach Champion again and use it as my high level warmup account! I definitely will not be throwing games to rank low or keep a low MMR . I’ll be playing as hard as I do on my main!
Alt accounts used to purposefully throw games, get placed low, roflstomp = bad = ban.
Alt accounts used to play normally, place normally, grind to higher levels = okay = no ban.
And make no mistake, Zaedyn is a wizard and can absolutely tell the difference.

Awesome! So I’ma go ahead and start my super secret Champion alt account! I was scared I’d get a second banhammer. I learned my lesson, and it was not fun!
As long as no accounts on an xbox are misbehaving all of your accounts should be fine. If a single one is doing something shady they all get banned. The bans start to get big after the 2 week ban (eventually permanent) so be very careful. If there is anyone else on your network playing H5 make sure they’re also behaving.
