As i recall there is a specialization that gives your double exp and with the mountain dew coming in with the double exp. would it stack?
Not unless you saved the codes until you hit level 50 and got the Specialization. If you did do that (for whatever reason), then it probably would.

Why? It’s dumb, you only get XP for a certain amount of matches.
