John Junyszek confimred on twitter last night that a QOL update is coming at the end of the year and one of the things it fixes is stances and charms unlocking from the campaign finally. Link below

I’m glad 343 is taking initiative to iron out more bugs. With that being said, I hope they know that they don’t need to bundle every patch together into one big QOL update. There’s nothing wrong with dropping smaller fixes a little more frequently. I’d go so far as to argue it actually builds trust with the players a little more. That’d show they’re actively working on improving the experience, rather than waiting exorbitant amounts of time to drop ‘Halo Infinite’s new big update’.

It probably has to do with their certification process and build testing.
