So, I’ve got Recon, and officer, but I’d love to get CQB, how would one go about doing that??

You need Career Milestone 20 and the Folks Need Heroes achievement - then you have to unlock it through the Halo Waypoint XBL app.

Which, according to reports, doesn’t work for this purpose anymore. I believe there is currently no way to unlock CQB.
