While many fans will blast through it on the very first day, there are plenty of fans who are just as interested, but just might not be able to get to it right away. To be completely honest, I wouldn’t expect much more information on the novels for just a bit (aside from the aforementioned Forbeck chat). Everything has its time and place 
(just don’t want people getting crazy false hopes)

I totally understand. As an author working on super secret projects I totally understand. sigh Wish y’all would make another Halo: Evolutions so I can get my Ancient Humanity story 
By the way, I also hope we’ll continue to get information on vehicles/weapons variants (like for the Banshee). I still can’t believe that the Phantoms from Halo 2, 3 and Reach all have the same classification.
