I unlocked Stealth as one of my first specs thinking cool great to use against PV. I have gotten plenty of kills using it, from some PV users walking right by be but every now and again I get this stray one that can still see me. I curious if anyone knows to which the limits are on stealth. If you test them in forge, you are invisible to PV, which I am guessing is diff to MM.
You can see the a slight image of the stealth guy, just as if he had active camo…
you’re not too obvious, but still visible.
You’re still visible in PV while using stealth, but you’re just not going to show up highlighted red. So, stealth’s great and all, but any player that routinely uses PV to scope out the surroundings (like myself), is gonna pick up stealth & camo users almost every time.

Arrow over your head is just an indication which player you are in the kill cam.

I think that’s just in the killcam.
When you stand infront of a PV user with stealth you can still be seen. But its like AC your darkened and have a light blue outline. Stealth comes in handy for when your behind objects. when behind a wall with AC your still visible to PV. But when using stealth behind an object you arn’t visible to the PV user at all.
as for the red arrow thats just indicating you. And if you were red in the killcam its probably just a killcam glitch.
Hmmm, have to remember that they can see your shapes. I just figure I would bring this to light because the last few matche of CTF I have played… there would be 1-2 players with PV scouting, then the rest of the team would come in. I have seen this in camping to, while watching the base, which is not cool when a whole team sits on a flag.
It’s as if you have camo on. It’s good, I don’t use it, but when using PV, it really pisses me off!
What happens if you have stealth and camo activated at the same time? What about Hologram? Does your hologram appear red or blue?

I’d assume they don’t stack.

Incorrect, it acts exactly the same, you can’t see an ac user through walls
Your hologram will fool the PV and radar. Least from what I read, and you would have to try AC with Stealth… but I would assume they don’t stack any better
