Put the pros in Warzone. How would they do then?

Sometimes I watch the Halo finals or just watch two really good teams battle it out. And they are really good! But if they spend all their time practicing on Arena and playing on Arena, how would they do in Warzone? These are two very different styles of game play. You have a couple of the same elements like two teams and shooting each other, but also many differences. In Warzone you pretty much have bigger everything, vehicles, and alien bosses. Team coordination is extremely harder and that seems to be how the pros function. So, even while I am watching the best players in Halo, I wonder how they would do in Warzone. Would they be nearly as good?

Have you considered that they might have friends who play Warzone? Or in fact a lot, since they are pros? Not to mention they might be in active Spartan Companies with 96+ people with a different preference of game modes. Also I wouldn’t think they play arena everyday and not play Warzone every once in a while. Otherwise in Warzone, they would probably get a ton of kills. (Some people don’t know how to aim sometimes, but they do.)

I have an very good arena-player in my friends list (I don’t wanna say “PRO”) and I played a round of war zone with him. Dude… This guy was an animal, seriously… I become depressed since I saw him. You can believe me, pros are pros and it’s very embarrassing to fight beside this guys.

I guess you don’t watch streams ever lol. They occasionally go into warzone and its what you expect. Domination. Why would their skill not transfer from arena?

I’ve seen pros do warzone on a regular basis to. They are pro for a reason, They practice so much this is their job mainly from what i know. I know some play multiple games to. There has to be quite a bit of natural skill to it to, i doubt if i practiced like they do i would get anywhere near there tier of gameplay.

Ive watched Snip3down play with subs multiple times in Warzone and they win every time. Pros are pros man, your shot transfers in game whether its in Arena or Warzone. They are the best at the game and it transfer to all aspects.

Maybe I didn’t define “pro.” Let me explain. And just to be clear, I am not judging them or saying they’re bad. I am just wondering if Warzone would be a little outside their comfort zone.

By “pro” I mean the guys who are on teams who compete to be the best to get 2.5 million dollars. I am not including other players. I mean “pro” as in literally professional. I am talking about the people you watch on Halo Channel. Not including Skilltacular.

Girls who are professional, too. Sorry, I said guys just meaning people.

Even the same… They eat you in warzone too.

My friend who’s a beast in arena is just as much a beast in war zone. I once told him to go pro. And he said nah those guys are on another level. So I can only imagine they’d be top class. Wish I could req pro players in!

Yea I mean do you really think a pro player would randomly suck in warzone? Lol that doesn’t make any sense honestly

Bubu dubu was in our company and he played Warzone with us. He did fairly well.

They’re not just good at Arena, they’re good at the game. Vehicles may make it little harder at times, but it wouldn’t be a noticable difference.

They wouldn’t perform as well due to the random and skill-gap reducing factors that Warzone entails which allow noobs to score kills on them (being godlike at the game won’t save you from facing three scorpions on your own). Yet they’d still be among the best Warzone players.

Good communication, good aim, good positioning…these skillsets are just as beneficial to have in a match of Warzone as they are in an arena game.

I am not saying they’d be horrible. RE-READ THE POST IF YOU HAVE TO!

I am saying that not all these skill sets can be used in Warzone. These teams rely on excellent communication, when the fact is, Warzone is so big, you can’t have good communication. Sure, they might make a good four man team. Put them against a mantis though? At least two of them would die. And they’d most likely get pretty disoriented trying to regroup. See what I am saying?

Yes that is who i am referring to. That is the definition of pro i would say.

You just gave them acess to power weapons so the same but much much worse for the enemy.
I’m sure the can actually spawn in and use the mantis and not become part of someone’s mantis destroyer commendation 2 seconds later.

Do they have access? I’m assuming they mainly play Arena because they play professionally in Arena. If I am correct, would they get all those amazing reqs?
