There is. Go to settings>audio/video and there should be a music section, just turn that off…

Yeah the main menu music can get really obnoxious, especially during that part of the track where the music swells and it gets so loud you think your TV is going to explode.
You can always turn off the music in the game settings. I don’t play with the music, or announcers.
Now that I know this I can turn the audio down. I quite enjoy the music (bought the soundtrack) but dang is that loud in game.
