Same problem here. Purchased, email confirmation, money was taken out of my bank account but no packs to open
There seems to be something weird going on within the last few days…lagging servers, that ungodly “REQ Service Unavailable” message, Daily Login packs not showing up…making me a little nervous to sign on. Is Skynet falling?
Log a complaint with MS. Screenshot, or attach the email in which you got the confirmation.
If it’s a known issue, they should have a fix.
Frustrating for sure, but just don’t buy into microtransactions and you’re good to go 
There were some issues with the REQ system yesterday. Try checked your unopened packs here on Waypoint or hard resetting your console. In some cases the packs does actually open, but you skip over the opening animation. In those cases the items are automatically added to your inventory 
It worked for my friend but not me I wasted my money for this game and got absolutely nothing this is bs and needs to be fixed or I need to get my money back

Warzone Req purchase second time and charged for it twice.
I spent an hour on the phone with xbox tech support last night, they finally determined and assured me you guys could resolve my problem but that I needed to come on here to resolve it. I purchased a Warzone Req pack back around Christmas and last night a Warzone Req pack appeared in my store and was available to purchase so I did and it immediately billed me ( I would include a screen shot but I don’t know how too) and then nothing appeared in my Open Packs section, and I keep checking back and nothing. I am reading on here that its only available to purchase once, but it sold it to me twice. I went into the “My games and apps” section and I could see it under “recently installed”, but nothing installed, I would know, I am almost maxed out on everything so I am very aware of anything new and I am at the point where all the stuff I am getting is Legendary or Ultra Rare, etc. Also I noticed another glitch yesterday when I was going over my inventory collection to see if it installed and just never showed up and it didn’t. Under The “Collection” part of the Req section and then under “Power Weapons and Vehicles” then “Power Up” tab. it says I only have 11/12 of the available “Power Ups” yet I have all 12 and over 100 of some, all 12 boxes have an available number of 2 to 102. How do I proceed at this point?

This is the second post from me about this issue. Money was taken out of my bank account and I received no product in return. I would ask that this be resolved in the next 24 hours or I would like a refund. If this happened in a physics store the place would be out of business. This is not acceptable. Either provide me the product that I paid for or give me the money back. There are no other options in this case.
The excuse about skipping the opening packs animation is not acceptable. I don’t, as I’m sure nobody does, have a record of exactly what reqs
i had before the purchase so if they went in automatically without me opening them I don’t know it and unless you can prove they did then I still have not received what I paid for. Refund my money.
