Purchasing req packs, fine print

I have bought req packs for the specific purpose of using them in warzone with my team…We divided our 12 man group into smaller groups with individual responsibilities. In order to play those positions required sometimes that a player would use a certain types of req weapons depending on their role on the team and their particular job…this required at times to replenish those requisitions (as my team would play most weekdays and weekends)…
Because of this, the requisition system seemed like something that I could agree to pay into…as I had a team and the purpose I had for the REQ’s was an agreeable exchange…
The exchange being I pay for req packs in order to aquire weapons to be able to better fill my responsibilities on my warzone team most effectively…
Here’s the problem, 6 months later and hundreds of dollars into buying these req packs…warzone gets limited in the athena over demeter portion of the monitors bounty update…
Prior to this update myself and my group were able to enjoy playing with each other everyday of the week for what I assumed would be until halo 6 was released…as a fireteam limit is something that had NEVER been imposed in ANY HALO playlist…
As most of us understand their is a huge difference of opinion over who perfer which style of play…neither more wrong or right than the other, I can respect both sides of the issue and each individual players desire to play the game how they are most comfortable…
However that said because teams were limited for just being teams and solo players didn’t like this, I feel 343 removed the reason I had for purchasing these req packs and because of the limit have lost ALL desire to play halo 5…
I wasn’t aware that this limit could happen and nobody was ever warned that is could happen…not just for (farming, blowouts or quickcores) but for any reason!
I understand that 343 has been working on WARLORDS and I’ve been apart of that discussion and have helped rally to make that a reality.
But once a month is not remotely close to being enough reason for me to play in halo 5…warlords is not available everyday and as best we have tried we cannot get an answer about it becoming a dedicated playlist or not…
If warlords isn’t at least available every weekend from now until halo 6 launches, I’d really like to speak with someone to recover my money from purchasing these (now useless) requisition packs…
I understand they can be used in warzone now, but that was not the terms at the time I purchased the req packs and had warzone been a limited playlist I would have NEVER purchased the req packs otherwise…
I’ve been asking for someone to help me and others like me over this situation for over 4 months.
If I cannot get a resolution from someone in this forum I will seek legal counsel over this issue…
I obviously don’t want it to get to that point as I’ve been a fan of HALO for 15 years…
I just want my money back!

I too have spent …now useless money on a game that is no longer what they said I’d be playing when I purchased it.

Clearly concessions need to be made in this situation…

I could not agree more! I used to buy req packs with the intent of using those reqs for when I played 12 man warzone with my 12 man fireteam. To help fill out my role and responsibilitie on this team. But now that there is no 12 man fireteam allowed in warzone anymore, which means we can no longer use that same strategy and teamwork we once used to fulfill our roles within the team because it no longer works for only 6 man fireteams…as there is a huge lack of communication, teamwork, and sometimes just downright terrible randoms who fulfill the other 6 spots on our fireteam.

Therefore we have stopped playing warzone for the most part because of this frustration with this new “broken” system…which means we have stopped buying “your” req packs. Because there is no longer a need for it anymore and sad to say…but there is no longer that same vested interest we once had for this game.

It’s really quite disappointing.

REQ packs can be bought and used for any of the Warzone playlists, regardless of fire team limits. I’m sorry that you don’t enjoy the recent changes that have been made, but nobody is going to refund you all those packs simply because of that. There are feedback threads in the matchmaking forums for discussing Warlords, please continue your discussion there as this is not a support issue.
