Purchased Xbox version, can't download for PC?

Bought the game for Xbox, saw it had Play Anywhere compatibility, and when I try to download from the Windows Store on my PC, it says I need to buy the game.

Is this functionality not being released until the game’s release date on the 21st?? Or am I missing something?

Only us play anyway. Go and refund I for the PC version and you should get a code that allows you to post on both platforms.
