Hey. I purchased 2 Gold Req packs earlier and the purchase went through fine, but when it came time to show me what I got, it jumped back to the screen to purchase the packs. Xbox said to post here to get my packs. This is a pretty extreme amount of hassle for $6.00 worth of digital product. I spent an hour on the phone with Xbox Support only to have them tell me there was nothing they could do and that I should post here because it looked like you were helping people with their issues. Now, I have to wait to find out if you even deem it worthy of a response. When you do finally respond, it’s not going to be to tell me I got my packs, it’s going to be to tell me your looking into it or someone will get back with me. I just want what I paid for, as soon as possible please.
UPDATE: 2 or 3 hours later I’ve finally received my Gold Packs. They just showed up in the “Open Packs” section. Purchased a 3rd Pack to verify the issue is resolved and purchase went through flawlessly. I don’t know if it resolved itself or if someone resolved it for me, but thanks. Sword Wraith Certification! Looking for the Ultra Wraith in my Req Bundle packs tonight.
